FLOWER CARE TIPS
Bouquets kept in packaging
1. Keep the bouquet as it is do not remove packaging.
2. Carefully add 1/2 cup of cold water into middle of the bouquet once a day.
3. Mist the flowers with cold water once a day.
4. Keep the bouquet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Bouquets
1. Carefully remove all outer packaging.
2. Get a vase and add cold water. (Optional: Add flower food for longer lasting)
3. Cut stems at a 45 degree angle.
4. Remove any foliage that might touch the water. Then place flowers in vase.
5. Mist the flowers with cold water once a day.
6. Keep the bouquet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
7. Change water every other day & make sure to trim the stems each time you change water.
Bouquets/Boxed Florals with Floral Foam
1. Keep the bouquet/box arrangement as it is do not remove packaging.
2. Carefully add 1/2 cup of cold water directly to the green flower foam inside the wrapping underneath the flowers
3. Mist the flowers with cold water once a day.
4. Keep the bouquet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Note: Certain arrangements with floral foam you can transfer to a vase. However, the stems are cut short, so a short vase is necessary.
Boutonnieres and Corsages
1. Once received please place them inside the fridge as soon as possible.
2. Do not remove from the fridge until you need it.
More Tips
1. Make sure to always use a clean vase
2. Some flowers do wilt before other. Keep the fresh flowers & remove any wilting flowers.
3. No foliage touching the water
Want to dry your flowers?
1. Avoid areas with too much humidity or direct light.
2. Find a dark shady area.
3. Hang the bouquet upside down.
4. Wait until completely dry before taking it down.
