You can place your order online 24/7.
Unless otherwise requested, we will design everything in your order to be cohesive, using the same colour palette and flower varieties.
No Minimum.
Pick-up/deliveryis available six days a week (Monday, Wed through Sunday.)
Note: If we are not available for your event's date, the order will be canceled the next business day when we process the order. (Please order as soon as you know what you want to avoid disappointment.)
We do not offer set-up service with our À La Carte Wedding Florals. If you do need please contact us for more information.
How it Works
WHY A LA CARTE?
For events that do not need our full design services, or do not require event delivery or setup, we offer our signature bouquets, boutonnières, and other select floral pieces at a la carte pricing.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM COLOUR PALETTE?
We offer the palette shown on our product page. For other palette not shown please contact us directly.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC FLOWERS?
No, for our À La Carte Floral, we use what is best and in season.
We do our very best to accommodate flower requests, but cannot promise any specific flowers, as the availability of florals are based on the season and what our growers have available.
If you would like a custom Bridal Bouquet or specific flowers used throughout your arrangements, please reach out to us directly.
CAN I REQUEST A TIMED DELIVERY?
Yes, you can select your time slot at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER SET-UP SERVICE?
No, for a la carte we do not offer this service.
If you require set-up, please inquire via email for more information.
ORDER LEAD TIME
We prefer a minimum of two-weeks notice for our A La Carte Floral orders.
But in order to maintain our strict design standards, we only take on a limited number of wedding and event orders each week.
If you already know what you want, we encourage you to place your order ASAP.
Last Minute Changes? You can always add or change items in your order within 6 days of your event.
Want to plan ahead earlier. Go ahead! You can order up to 365 days before your wedding!

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TRANSPORT MY FLOWERS?
Make sure your vehicle is large enough to transport your order.
We recommend not to transport flowers in the trunk unless its a open space trunk. Enclosed trunk is often too hot or too cold for flowers.
We will provide boxes and bags for the arrangemnts.
HOW WIILL THE ORDERS BE PACKAGED?
All Bridal/bridesmaid bouquets will come with a vase with water.
Boutonnieres & corsages will be place in small box.
We will reuse our rose boxes to pack your order. It is not necessarily super fancy, but it is sturdy, practical and less wasteful than brand new boxes.
WHAT ARE SOME TIPS FOR STORING MY FLOWERS OVERNIGHT?
Since most weddings starts early many people opt for delivery/pickup the day before.
Store your flowers in the packaging and bouquets in vases with water to ensure hydration.
Keep flowers in a cool, dim area, out of direct sunlight.
Boutonnières, corsages, and flower crowns must stored in your refrigerator overnight. If you do not do this they will wilt before your event.
