Our goal is to bring smile to everyone with our flowers in any occasion with our hand crafted floral arrangements.
Delivery
Do you offer same day delivery?
Same day delivery:
Must ordered before 10:00AM (Mon, Wed- Sun)
For delivery 11am-1pm we recommend to order 1 day ahead as we will need time to process your order.
We encourage a phone call/text to ensure that we can accommodate your request.
If order cannot be fulfill we will contact you.
(Certain locations only)
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, for orders over $300.
Delivery Location
Downtown Toronto, Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, Vaughan, North York, Stouffville, Newmarket and Mississauga.
Delivery charge will be applied at checkout.
For other areas, please call/text us to confirm if delivery is available.
Delivery Time:
Monday-Friday (11am-7pm)
Saturday-Sunday (11am-5pm)
We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered on the day you requested.
Condo Delivery
Recipient must be able to meet driver at lobby or flowers will be left with the concierge
(Make sure concierge will allow us to leave flowers for recipient).
Please give us the recipient name, unit number and contact number.
If front desk does not accept the flower and require us to return a second time for delivery there will be an extra delivery charge.
Recipient Not Home
Depending on the given circumstances our delivery team may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient.
We will also contact the recipient to make other arrangements if necessary.
The driver will call a total of 5 times and send a text message. Will wait at the delivery address for 5 minutes. If the recipient cannot be reached, the flowers will be left by the door. Pictures will be taken and provided.
We cannot guarantee any damages incurred during delivery
Please make sure to leave recipient contact number at checkout.
Pickup
Ready for pickup
You will receive a pickup notification when your order is ready for pickup.
For pickup at 12pm please order at least 1 day ahead.
Email Confirmation Estimated Pickup Time
Please ignored your confirmation email expected delivery date.
The date you selected is the day we will have your order ready.
Shopify for some reason aren't able to remove this feature at the mean time.

Substitution Rule/Product Image
Substitution
For arrangement of assorted flowers, the flowers shown online will be used if at all possible, however, products contain seasonal flowers might not be available used.
For arrangements of all roses, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with a similar colour if original type is not available.
In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another colour.
If the floral wrapping paper shown online is not available, a similar wrapping paper will be used
Product Image
Due to unforeseen factors such as substitution rules, photo shooting equipment and environment, the product you receive might not be identical to the image.
Change & Cancellation
Non-Returnable Items
Fresh flowers are non-returnable / exchangeable due to their perishable nature.
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returnable / Exchangeable Items
Preserved flower products can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 48 hours of delivery.
Items on route
Items in process/processed, en route or delivered cannot be cancel
Reporting Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately for any damages or issues.
Please contact us immediately via phone at 437-838-3168 or email at agapefloral@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please also provide clear photos of the damaged items for our assessment.
