We do not accept return or exchange for all fresh flowers. 

Other items can be exchange or returned within 7 days (store credit only)
*Item must be in the same condition in which it was received. 

Items in process/processed, en route or delivered cannot be cancel

Please note you can cancel your order a week prior to delivery/pickup. If they are already en route to our studio order cannot be cancel.
